2022 is now in the past and 2023 is just beginning. Some may see it as just another batch of days that are the same as those we just had, others see this as a mile marker to another set of days in a future yet to be set.

Some say that life is hard and unforgiving. Others say that these days are fleeting and should be cherished as we have a limited number of them. We have a saying we focus on in Music Eternal, "May the best days of your past be the worst of your future." In other words, no matter how good or better your days are, aspire to make them better.

The hard days are there to teach us so that we might not have to repeat them again and to possibly help those that are dealing with the hardships we just endured. They are the days that give measure for us to have a deeper appreciation to the better days.
