Copyright Agreement






All Copyright material will be defined at the bottom of the page's context. This will be presented with a "(c)" to ensure that the simplified copyright symbol is visible in all formats. This is also to define who has copyright of respective material.


All material not provided by the members of Music Eternal is collected by a select list of sites that have listed the General Creative Commons (GCC) agreement, or where we have been granted the right to present said material through full release press kits (provided by either the music artist, the label, or distributor that has the right to release said press kits and/or promo kits).


Any material provided by a member of the respective website, images via the GCC, or through press kits are still under the ownership of said provider. We hold no claim to said material and will remove it at the request of the originator or proven copyright owner of said material.


All material posted that is tied to a member profile or that is one of the added functionalities of Music Eternal is always presented to the originator as a means of full disclosure. Due to the high volume of material that this site maintains we reserve the right to consider non-response as a approval of said material. All material presented on Music Eternal is as accurate as possible, but we will NEVER use provided material to slander, tarnish, and/or hurt the respective brands providing and/or associated to the material provided.

Videos


All videos displayed are posted through YouTube complient resources. Music Eternal claims no ownership to any videos, except those made by Music Eternal.


Videos made by Music Eternal are copywritten for the graphics enclosed in them, but not the audio samples in them (songs, audio clips, song previews). The audio still is under the ownship of the "originator" (Music Artist, Comentator, and/or record label). These videos are made in compliance to the Terms Of Service Music Eternal has with each member of the site.


In the Music Eternal Terms Of Service, videos will NEVER be monetized or used to distribute the music from the "originator." The videos may be used for promotional purposes only as long as three stipulations are met. 1) Full credits must be provided with the video (Graphics: Music Eternal, Audio: Artist and label tied to respective song), 2) the videos may never be used to generate money, never be used to market a product, and never be used in a fashion that will display Music Eternal, or the "originator" in a negative light. 3) Notification must be sent to clientservices @ musiceternal.com. This norification will be relayed to the "originator" by Music Eternal as well as a link to your url containing the video.


Violation of these terms will result in full legal action by Music Eternal and/or the "originator." Any violation to only the "originator" will result in Music Eternal giving full support to the "originator" and to any royalty companies they work with. As a member of the Music World, Music Eternal supports promotions in helping the Musical Artists and their respective Labels, we do not tolerate piracy of their material.


Compilations


Music Eternal will be contacting members of Music Eternal with the intent of creating compilations that are solely for marketing. These compilations will be monetized and are freely distributed of members that sign a written agreement for this sole purpose for individual songs involved (music artists and/or labels). Full disclosure is closed in the Terms Of Service page.


If you have purchased a copy of any compilation originating from Music Eternal then the sale was illegal. Please contact us at clientservices @ musiceternal.com with full information to the transaction and legal action will be taken. We honor and respect the rights of each of our members. This includes the contractual agreement they have with us with this compilation and any other works they have done not related to the Music Eternal compilation. Any violation of copyrights will be relayed to the respective copyright owners and resolved legally.


Software Rights


Software for the website is broken into the following categories: 1) Site Code 2) Developmental Code 3)Non-Site Code
1) Software Code is defined as code that is actively on the Music Eternal Site. All code is the property of Music Eternal with the exception of code that is brought in from a third party via iframe and/or API code. Such code is the property of the respective origin site(s). Such sites have their own respective Terms Of Service that Music Eternal honors and by using the Music Eternal site you are restricted in the use of such code as per the agreement between Music Eternal and the respective 3rd parties. Any violation of these agreements by one accessing the Music Eternal site legally or illegally will hold Music Eternal harmless for any damages incurred by their actions.

2) Developmental Code is any code that is on Music Eternal or other sites stated as "© Music Eternal Developmental Code" within the code comments of the code files. This code is not considered live to the public, but may be visible to alternate sources. Such code may be tied to applications and/or web pages that will have applicable copyrights assigned to the pages and/or applications. However, the code will have a secondary copyright designating the code as the exclusive property of Music Eternal and its related entities. Any violation of these copyrights will incur civil and/or criminal prosecution in the state Music Eternal is affiliated with (Utah), the location of the server that such code is stored, US Federal Laws, applicable international laws, and/or laws in applicable countries directly or indirectly tied to Music Eternal, its properties, or the respective resources to to such properties. Some cases may involve third parties that may be partnered and/or representing Music Eternal in the project that the code may be directly or indirectly involved in. Music Eternal reserves the rights to have representation from 3rd party government entities in resolution of criminal and/or civil damages caused by the violation of states copyright agreements.

3) Non-Site Code is any established code that is is not on the Music Eternal site. Such code will be classified as "© Music Eternal Code" within the code comments of the code files. Such code may be tied to applications and/or web pages that will have applicable copyrights assigned to the pages and/or applications. However, the code will have a secondary copyright designating the code as the exclusive property of Music Eternal and its related entities. Any violation of these copyrights will incur civil and/or criminal prosecution in the state Music Eternal is affiliated with (Utah), the location of the server that such code is stored, US Federal Laws, applicable international laws, and/or laws in applicable countries directly or indirectly tied to Music Eternal, its properties, or the respective resources to to such properties. These terms on software rights may be subject to change without notice. Such changes will be presented on the Music Eternal website's Copyright Agreement page and/or the Terms Of Service.


Social Networks

You are allowed to use the comments and sharing options on Music Eternal. You may also copy urls and paste them in social networks, e-mails, and other electronic mediums. Music Eternal grants the individual rights to have the thumbnail image and content that appears (SEO Calling Card content) to be used. This is considered by Music Eternal to be used as promotional material and falls into the rights of the "Fair Use" Laws. This is explained in further detail here.
