February 2021: Buck Satan And The 666 Shooters

Buck Satan And The 666 Shooters was formed in 2011 by the Ministry frontman Al Jourgensen, who uses the pseudonym Buck Satan. The initial lineup also featured Rick Nielsen of Cheap Trick and ex-Ministry members Tony Campos and Mike Scaccia.

The band was formed after the passing of Country singer Buck Owens who was the inspiration for Al Jourgensen to create this music project. Buck Satan And The 666 Shooters released Bikers Welcome Ladies Drink Free to mixed reviews. Since then this project has remained dormant.

Al Jourgensen has always had many projects to vent is creative ideas through. It is currently unknown if there will be more music from, Buck Satan And The 666 Shooters. Regardless, it is a milestone that shouldn't be forgotten.

We are grateful to have all of Al's works in our family and wish to honor Buck Satan And The 666 Shooters as our February 2021, Band Of The Month.
